Access to some sections of the site and/or requests for information or services from the users of the site may be subject to the insertion of personal data whose processing by INFORMA, as data controller, will be in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Legislative Decree 196/2003 “personal data protection Code”, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (“Code” here below).

This policy is intended to allow users to know, even before accessing the various sections of the site and filling in their data, how INFORMA manages users' personal data; the user should review it before providing personal data by filling in the spaces provided in the various sections of the site.
