Remote assistance
INFORMA has the resources to provide all necessary assistance (aimed exclusively at client companies) through remote assistance: an easily accessible helpdesk that provides timely responses to requests for support. INFORMA services combine expertise, experience and operational methods tested over thirty years of activity. The service is available from 05:30 to 22:00 (GMT). Monitoring and Check-up
INFORMA can secure remote control of its software and communicate with immediacy and timeliness the emergence of a possible problem in production.
Activities include:
- operating system monitoring
- CPU usage
- memory usage
- disk space
- service monitoring
- printing
- middle-tier
- integration management
- application monitoring
- tailor-made alarm system
- network monitoring
- database latency monitoring
- size – fragmentation
- response time
- installation and configuration of the monitoring system
- centralized dashboard

Maintenance
INFORMA provides a system dedicated to the maintenance of the software and the identification, and removal (storage) of unused data in the operational databases.
The service includes:
- input (with remote access mode) within the business system
- assessment of the situation
- presentation of detailed reports, with specifications to be implemented
- remote assistance to support the company to set the procedures identified
- any removal of old data
- storage of any unused data considered necessary to keep

Technical consulting
INFORMA’s consultancy addresses manufacturing execution system problems and production planning. Over the years INFORMA has operated both in company and remotely to supply:
- feasibility studies
- planning and scheduling solutions
- modelling
- test management
- solution implementation
- installations
- configuration and integration of applications
In certain situations, INFORMA can guarantee the presence of a “resident engineer” in the company for a certain period, by means of two specific solutions:
Short term: with the commitment of two working days in house every two weeks, for a period of not more than 6 months (26 work days).
Long term: with the detachment of an INFORMA technician for 5 days a week for 3 weeks a month, with a commitment not to exceed 12 months.

Training
INFORMA plans and carries out bespoke training for each individual company – both for individual operators and for groups – through refresher courses and advanced modules, for the developed software. The sessions can either take place in the company or remotely.

INFORMA works with the customer, guaranteeing the best result in terms of planning, resource management, trouble-shooting, through:
- authoring and collaborative management
